Burgers in Garlic Sauce

Burgers in Garlic Sauce Recipe
Recipe
Fixings:

Sheep or meat mince 1/2 kg

Hacked onion 1

Salt 1 tsp

Ground pepper 1/4 tsp

For the Sauce:

Heads of garlic 6 (liberal)

Additional virgin olive oil 1/2 mug

Bread cuts (clear outside layer) 2

Lemon smash 2 tbsp

Structure:

Place garlic handles in foil. Sprinkle with some olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap in the foil and plan in preheated stove at 200 degrees C for 45 minutes or until touchy. Cool garlic, hack off top, and press out garlic cloves. Hold bread water for 1 moment, press dry, and place in bolster processor. Fuse garlic and strategy into a smooth glue. Join lemon juice, and progressively fuse rest of olive oil in a smooth stream to make a glue. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend ground meat, onions, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Place on preheated holder or barbecue until cooked. Present with garlic sauce.
