Ground ginger 1 tbsp
Minced garlic 2 cloves
Boneless chicken bosom filets (cubed) 1/2 kg

Soya sauce 3/4 mug
Chestnut sugar 1/4 glass
Tofu (cubed) 1 mug
Corn flour 1 tsp
Ground dark pepper to taste

Warmth oil in a container. Sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant. Include chicken and sauté until cooked, around 5 minutes. Include mushrooms, soya sauce and sugar, blend well to join.
