STREAMED ROLL AND CHICKEN JALFREZI KABAB Recipe
STREAMED ROLL
Steamed Roll
Fixings
Chicken Mince (Boiled) 250 grams Cabbage (Finely Sliced) 1
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4-5
Onion (Finely Sliced) ½
Carrot( Finely Sliced) 1
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 2-3
Finely Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Pulverized Black Pepper 1 tsp
Move Strips 1 bundle
Salt to taste For Paste







Broadly functional Flour as needed

System

Take 250 grams of chicken mince and bubbled. Take broadly functional flour and disintegrate into some luke warm water and make a glue and put aside. Fixings:   Chicken mince 250 gms   Garlic 1 tsp   Jalfrezi masala 1 tbsp   Mustard glue ½ tsp   Cream cheddar 1 tsp   Tomato puree 1 tsp   Hung curd 1 tbsp   Cumin 1 tsp (broiled and ground)   Dark pepper ½ tsp   Green chilies 3 to 4   Salt ¼ tsp   Coriander leaves 2 tsp   Cooked fantastic flour 1 to 2 tbsp   Egg 1 (little)   Bread scraps 1 ½ container   Capsicum 2 tbsp (finely cleaved)   Onion 1 (finely cleaved)   System:   Heat 1 tbsp oil.
