BEEF AND CHEESE TART
Fixings:

Hamburger mince 250 gms

Ginger garlic glue 1 tsp

Dark pepper 1 tsp

Squashed red pepper 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp (simmered and ground)

Red bean stew garlic sauce 1 tbsp

Sweet sauce 1 tbsp

Tomatos puree 2 tbsp

Oregano 1 tbsp

Cream 1 tbsp

Slashed olives as needed

Cheddar 4 tbsp (ground)

Oil As needed

Elements for Base:

Saltish saltines

Margarine 2 tbsp

Technique:

Squash the wafers and blend with margarine. Press down in the base of a pie plate. Heat for 15 minutes on 180 degrees. Warmth oil, sear mince with ginger garlic and all the flavors until done. Spread over the pie base spread with cheddar and heat till cheddar liquefies




MALAI KORMA KABAB

Fixings:

Boneless chicken solid shapes 250gms

Ginger garlic glue 1 tbsp

Onion ½ mug (slashed)

Korma masala 3 tbsp

Catch red chilies 5

Water 1 mug

Onion chestnut ½ glass

Yogurt ½ mug (hanged)

Cream 1 tbsp

Cream cheddar 1 tbsp

Cashew nut 10 (granulated)

Dried up coconut 1 tbsp (pounded)

Salt 1 tbsp

Cleaved coriander 3 tbsp

Eggs 2 to 3

Water 2 tbsp

System:

Bubble chicken solid shapes with ginger garlic glue, korma masala, onion, catch red chillies till delicate and water dries. Evacuate and cool. Placed mixture in a chopper with all whatever remains of remaining fixings, 1 egg and chopperize. Make into little kababs dunk in beaten egg and bro
