Fixings:

Green Chillies125 gm

Oil ¾ mug

Salt to taste

Cumin 1 tsp

Nigella Seeds 2 tsp

Pounded Red Chili 1 tsp

Turmeric ¼ tsp

Cooked Crushed Coriander 2 tbsp

Cumin Powder 1 tbsp

Tamarind Pulp ½ mug

• Wash the green chilies and dry them.

• Addin ¾ measure of oil in the container and panfry them.

• Add in salt, cumin, nigella seeds, red bean stew chips, ¼ tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp cumin.

• Add in tamarind glue and 1 tsp sugar and blend.

• Add in vinegar if needed.

• In the end, cover and cook till the Masal
