Mahi Makhani More Recipe
Mahi Makhani Kabab  and Thai Chaat Recipe

 Fixings;

Fish Boneless ½ kg

Water 1 container

Dark pepper 2

Cinnamon 1 inch

Bread Slice4

Oil 2 tbsp

Onion Chopped 1

Ginger Garlic glue 1 tsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Red Chili Powder 1 tsp

All Spice Powder ¾ tsp

Green Coriander 2 tbsp

Green Chilies Chopped 4

Sugar 1 tsp

Spread 4 ounce

Eggs 2

Bread Crumbs as needed

Strategy:

• Add in water, dark pepper, cinnamon in fish and bubble it.

• Shred it.

• Soak bread cuts in water and crush them.

• In the oil, include onion and cook it till delicate. Include ginger garlic glue and broil. At that point include turmeric, salt, red stew, angle, all flavor powder and blend it. Cook the mixture and include squashed bread cuts.

• Mix till all the fixings are joins together.

• Add in green chilies, green coriander and blend it.

• Roll ½ +1/2 margarine and stop it. When it is hard. Placed them amidst the kabab and provide for them the state of croquettes. Move them in scraps and dunk them in egg.

Fixings:

Chickpeas (Boiled) 3 mugs

Potatoes (Cubed, heated up) 1 mug

Curry Leaves 20

Oil ½ mug

Thai Red Curry Paste 2 tbsp

Sweet Chili Sauce ½ mug

Suree Tamarind Paste 2 tbsp

Salt ½ tsp

System:

Warmth oil in a container.

Include curry leaves with thai red curry glue and ¼ mug water. Broil well.

Include bubbled chickpeas, potatoes with sweet stew sauce, tamarind glue and salt.

Blend everything admirably, and uproot to a platter.
