Fixings

Chicken (Slice) ½ kg

Slashed Garlic 1 tbsp

Finely Sliced Onion 1

Finely Sliced Carrot 1

Finely Sliced Cabbage ½ glass

Cocoa Sugar 2 tsp

Soya Sauce 2 tbsp

Technique

For Burger

Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp

For Kofta

Meat Mince ( Double Grinded) ½ kg

Cumin Powder ½ tsp

Squashed Black Pepper ½ tsp

Heating Powder 1 tsp

Bean stew Garlic Sauce ½ glass

Lettuce Leaves as needed

Technique
